During the product development, the use of testing benches and actuators help to run the functional test as well as the fatigue resistance tests for groups and components. We run standard fatigue tests (monofrequency axle weight) and more complex tests in multiple frequencieswith the application of lateral loads. High temperature tests are considered extremely important to test the shock absorbers within their natural environmental conditions. Further verifications are realized for the surface protections: painting and zinc- coating. During the project’s planning phase, the choice of components is strongly oriented towards the use of materials with the highest recycling rate and the minimal environmental impact, both in application and disposal. Tests are run in order to verify the compatibility of these materials with the project.
Beside the above mentionedspecific tests, which are run during the phase of “Type Tests”, we also run “Series Tests” which include the dimensional tests on the end product and the functional tests to verify the specified parameters.
